IT Maintenance Calendar
The IT Maintenance Calendar is a web-based calendar for publishing IT service Maintenance Windows. Authorization to manage maintenance windows is available to staff with the ITIL fulfiller role in UT ServiceNow.
4/29/22: The IT Maintenance Calendar is transitioning to UT ServiceNow! To lay the foundation for more integrated change management, the IT Maintenance Calendar is now part of UT ServiceNow: ut.service-now.com/maintenance/
The stand-alone calendar at maintenance.its.utexas.edu will be retired on 6/14/22. Events will be migrated from the stand-alone calendar to ServiceNow before the retirement date.
Request access to the IT Maintenance Calendar or report a problem.
- Schedule and manage IT maintenance events, including recurring items
- View upcoming maintenance events in a calendar format
The IT Maintenance Calendar is available at no cost.
Routine requests are typically addressed within one business day.
UT Service Desk staff may escalate requests as needed.
